[技術]無法初始化windows通訊端介面

環境 vista

狀況無法get到ip，試著ping localhost卻得到"無法初始化windows通訊端介面"的錯誤訊息，用winwockfix程式卻無法修復。

解決方法

Vista 重設 winsock 與 TCP/IP stack 的方法
1. netsh winsock reset
2. netsh int ip reset
3. 重新開機
